Connect with Pachamama,(Mother Earth) by dancing with me as I help you move your body in ways that honor our ancestors. Healing beats and swaying bodies help us immerse completely into ourselves. I incorporate the elements, as well as our fellow, animal brothers and sisters during our session as well. I take you on a journey to forget yourself and have a spiritual experience. Although all moves are guided, you are encouraged to move in the way that your body asks. We will apply somatic movements with EFT tapping, to ensure a stress relieving experience.
